When you submit the booking form we collect the name, phone number and email address you enter, the service you select, your preferred date and anything you write in the message field. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about your request and to arrange the cleaning you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Consent

Submitting the booking form, with the consent box ticked, is your consent for us to contact you about that request. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us — by phone or email — and we will stop contacting you and delete your details on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted once they are clearly no longer active. Records of completed work are kept for as long as our business and tax obligations require.

Analytics and cookies

We may use a basic analytics tool to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It is configured without advertising features, so it is not used to build a profile of you or to follow you across other websites.

Advertising cookies

If we ever use advertising or remarketing tools, they stay switched off until you accept them, and we ask before anything loads. Declining changes nothing about how the site works or your ability to book, and you can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
